Smart thermostats may also integrate with other smart home devices for automation and energy management.

  5. Zone Thermostats: In larger buildings or homes with multiple heating or cooling zones, zone thermostats are used. They allow independent temperature control for each zone, optimizing comfort and energy efficiency.
